Real Estate Salesperson License Preparation - 75 Hours
Prerequisite: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Further, all applicants for licensure must submit to a criminal history record check by the State of NJ. Convictions for certain offenses may be grounds for disqualification from consideration for licensure.
This course meets the State of New Jersey required 75 hours of classroom instruction and is certified by the NJ Real Estate Commission to prepare candidates for the NJ real estate salesperson license examination.
Topics covered include: contract forms, mortgages, leases, state regulations, and much more.
Adult School must receive payment for course by 9/13, one week before class is scheduled to begin. Course will be canceled unless a minimum of 5 students enroll.
Additional fee for book ($30) will be collected the first night of class. Book fee is payable to: Watchung Hills Adult School.
The instructor Howard J. Reynolds is licensed by the State of New Jersey to teach this course.
Class will not meet on Mon, 10/11 (Columbus Day). On 3 nights the class will meet for 4 hours from 6:00-10:00PM, with those dates to be announced by the instructor.
